These reports may tell you when there will be many projects. At the moment the reports are not that good, it should allow you to select your time zone then display your time under the cross shaft(by using Ajax). It may generate the reports for areas not countries, for example "North America", "Europe", "Asian and Pacific", "Oceania", "Middle East", "Africa", "South America".
