Description: I need a conversion+optimization to Flash of this graphical html/javascript page: http://alturl.com/bxyr4

Conversion: the Flash final file/s must be no bigger than 500KB (to load fastly).
Optimization: just cut some centimeters of the upper and lower sides of the background and resize the whole page to fit in a single screen (without vertical scroll bar like now). It should be optimized for 1024x768 and must adapt automatically to different sizes of the window in any resolutions.
