Description: We have the intention to create a website to help a specific population suffering from a specific kind of disease. The plan is to create an organization to help out the people to find available healing sources for the disease. The first step is to create an website which will be the main tool to help those in need.

We look for an easy to use, easy to access and attractive website. Due to the nature of the project, we look for a colorful website. A website that can support many different options as chat, online video,some animation. If you have ever visited Barcelona you will know that there are many masterpieces of GAUDI scattered around the city. Those "pieces of colorful ,joyful, special shape and happy art" give to the city an special atmosphere of calmness , happiness and hope. This is what we need for the website.

First, I need you briefly explain us what kind of Website should we ask for. Which characteristics should we ask for? What kind of language ? What option you think is better? etc We are not programmers but we will have the advise of some people involved in this field. We do not look for a class, we look for simple and concise arguments. Try to make this simple and include a well structured project schedule where you specify us the different phases and what kind of professional does this specific part of the project so that we can go on quickly to the implementation. Please let us know where we can see some of your past works. Please do not advertise yourself with never ending paragraph of skills because We will not take that as a serious freelancer.

We will need some design for the website as well. In the second phase of the project we will add more features to the website as live video.
