Description: Need to bring this site(sellmypromdress.com) into the 21st Century. A good working example is formalxchange dot com. I am looking for a submission process similar to formal exchange, and one in which both a buyer or seller must create an account in order to communicate.

This could be done as a classified site as long as the classified platform like noahsclassifieds.org ( I am open to using Noah's classifieds ) is designed to match the site not the site designed to match the classified platform.

Design considerations, I will provide additional details to select bidders, but I need a complete site that is both eye appealing and user-friendly.
