Description: Need someone for Statistical Analysis for a Clinical Study - Biology background is a plus.

What we have is expression level data for 25 markers in two sets of 50 patients. What we need is someone to help identify differentially expressed markers in one set (training set) and verify the results using the second set.

You must have knowledge of medical statistics and be a self starter to take instructions and provide feedback.

We can provide you with sample papers with similar analysis performed.
