Django and Python EXPERT. System was started but not completed. Must have proven ability to take over third party development to complete. Must know how to use existing Trac and SVN throughout development to keep stringent records. Need someone who has in-dept click/IP fraud detection and monitoring experience. If you have designed any web traffic statistical software or click fraud detection system in the past, please let me know. Must have proven track record. Must be able to start immediately IMPORTANT: Must be able to meet milestones on-time and on budget. |
