No scripts like leechviet or rapidshot, i want my own script.

I am currently using leechviet script and it hangs my server alot even when only few people download from it.

Extra Features i want can be:
#Places to keep ads.
#People are able to donate accounts and their IP granted VIP access.
#Ability For user to choose from which server they want to download the particular file from list of servers using radio button and it must show server load along with it.
#A disclaimer before entering site, and once user clicked it must be in his cache for 24hrs.
#Easy to use and good design.
#Should not be too buggy like leechviet which consumes too much server load.
#Should be able to manage accounts intelligently.
#If possible streaming link instead of storing.(Not much required)
#Multiple Links can be generated at a time.
#Ability to add more website plugin in near future.
#Resume Support till the time i choose.
