Description: Little project involving Paypal IPN.

Looking for a quick php script to accept paypal ipn messages and provide options such as keeping a running total of quantaties sold. Creating a list of orders to fill along with button to spawn the order page / external site. Also to email every 3rd order of a particular product, along with other small functionalities.

I am open to ideas but need the above in a secured area. Using PHP and MySQL would be best.
