I am looking for a programmer and a graphic artist to create A database driven directory type website for restaurants/nigthclubs/hotels/business listings. Website is the same type as these http://www.restomontreal.ca/ and www.ottawakiosk.com and ottawaentertainment.ca

I need it to have the following:

Creation of the design (logo is already created)
Whitespace ad in the background
Admin section to easily upload information and pictures
every business page will have information like hours of operation, dress code, google map contact information pictures, whats near by businesses and user reviews..
option for french and english
Suggest a business form submission
Twitter and Facebook like buttons


THe logo is done, I just need the design/layout/coding and admin section done.

Please show me examples of what you have already done and we can go from there.
