I require a unique customer affordability and mortgage rate calculator with property search functionality; a website widget that interactively calculates and displays property results on an estate-agent’s site based on inputted income and deposit details by the user, and prevailing interest rates . It will answer the following questions and perform the following functions: • What can the user afford based on deposit and income? • What are the associated monthly payments? • Which properties they can afford from those available from the estate-agency in question? • It should then send this pre-qualified information back to me (third party advisor) The software needs to be able to be integrated directly into estate-agent’s websites and from just two simple questions (income and deposit) will show the clients exactly what they can afford as a maximum and what this will cost them on a monthly basis. In addition to this it will also show them all of the properties from the estate-agency that they can afford. All of the leads that are generated are then need to be fed into a tracking system which can be observed in real time, right through from when it is first generated to completion.
