Description: Moodle shows to teachers and others roles a button that hides advanced options from activities and resourses. Mainly when they want to add groupings they each time need to click the advanced options button so the request is to do not show this button or show by thedault the advanced options without having the teacher to clic on the advanced options each time.

There is even a related patch but it is not working: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-20451
