I am looking forward to get a site designed similar to e Harmony. It should look as good as e Harmony and with similar functionalities, must have a back end admin panel as well for easy customization of the website. Please send me your quotes and the time it will take to get a site up and running. Also mention the type of technologies you'll use. I'm looking forward to get it done in Symfony or Zend Framework, let me know what you'll suggest... Also send me samples of similar websites you might have designed or other big projects that you might have done. Also, let me know why it will cost as much as you are saying, if it will cost $259, let me know why, if it will cost $600 let me know why.

Also, include the keyword apache in your replies..

This project will have ongoing support and maintainence as well. so you'll get paid for that as well.
