1. We have thousands of products. We need a way to set them up so that a single product can either be shipped or downloaded. For example: the customer can either download the book "Rapture", or they can have it shipped to them.

Downloadable
a. If downloaded, the shipping cost is $0.00.
b. Downloadable items cannot be shipped, obviously.

Shippable
c. Shippable items incur a shipping cost.
d. Shippable items cannot be found under the "My Downloads" screen.

What happens when both downloadable and shippable products are on the order at Checkout. How is the Shipping cost handled?

2. We sell Music CDs, we need to:

a. Allow customers to purchase individual tracks.
b. Use something similar to the following to display the sample tracks: http://flash-mp3-player.net/

3. Previous developer made changes to "core" MAGE files for the HOME page, so that it is difficult changing to a new Template. We need these changes pulled out of "core" and placed in a custom folder.
