Hello! I am a Realtor in Palm Beach County, FL. I would like to develop a new 'luxury' image and am looking for help with Graphic Design (logo, postcard, ad template). I hope to mail out 5" X 8" postcards regularly and want them all to have a common template/theme. Font style should be crisp and elegant. The logo should be for: Illustrated Properties Also, my name should be included somewhere above logo: Jennifer Hyland - Luxury Home Specialist (stacked under my name) Preferred colors are White / Black / Tiffany/Turquoise / Navy - open to any of these! On the postcards, I will include at least 1 property shot on front, with some verbage. On some, I may include 1 large w/ 2 smaller (stacked) on the side of large photo. Back of card will be plain, with just my logo. It'll be used for mailing address on right and extra verbage on left. I will use the logo/design on all my materials so that they have a theme. My biggest desire is that the materials look very upscale (simple, like Tiffany, Chanel, Tory Burch) ... where everyone knows they are a LUXURY brand.
