Description: Hello,

i need a component for the latest jomsocial release.

Jomsocial is a social network component for the CMS Joomla.

This component should be an admin picture approval tool.

If a user uploads pictures (avatar or albumpictures) at frontend, these pictures must be unpublished automatically until the admin has approved the pictures in backend.

The admin features in backend should be:

- sort pictures after upload date, user, unpublished, published, adult, non-adult
- admin should be able to mark a picture as adult in backend (maybe with a checkbox or something similar). So if a picture / avatar is marked as adult, guests and public viewers at frontend should see only a placeholder instead the original picture / avatar. Only registered users should be able to see the original picture / avatar and not the placeholder.
- The main picture list at backend shows only the thumbnails. For admin preview and check, the admin can click on the thumbnail to see the picture in original size.
- Admin can delete pictures / avatars in backend.

You should be code this as an installer package. So I will be able to install this like a normal Joomla component in backend. This is, because I have got a 3 sites, where I need this tool and I want to install it there as simple as possible.

After finishing the project, the code must me mine and i must have got all rights to the code. So i could do with the code whatever i want, like install on as many sites as i want, change code, enhance code and so on...
