Flash Music Tuition Video Development. We are looking for a company to develop a music tuition video delivery system, probably in Flash. The video it's self will contain 3 or 4 seperate videos (various camera angles) all shooting the same performance. I want the facility for the viewer to switch between camera angles on the fly. We also need the facility to loop user defined sections of video, and if possible, play the video at half speed whilst retaining the origional audio pitch. Each video will need to be embedded in a normal html page I'd like the video to be approx 900 pixels across and high quality. The audio quality is important as this will be a music tuition video. Each video will be approximately 10 minutes long. We will supply the edited video clips in what ever format you need. At some points in the video, there will be only one camera angle (EG: when the musician is talking) so the video player will need to know to switch to the 'front camera' when for example the overhead cam finishes. I imagine that the player will have the usual start/pause controls plus a draggable timeline (like youtube videos). I also need a 1/2 speed button, and select loop start / select loop end / play loop / pause loop / clear loop buttons, so the user can set up and work with the section of the video they want to loop. The video which is looped should be what ever camera angle is already selected. Whilst the video loops, they should still be able to swap camera angles and select 1/2 speed. This will enable the user to study very specific sections of the musical piece. It would be ideal if, once the Flash framework is all set up, we can create future videos ourselves by dropping the relevant camera angle videos into folders with the flash template. If this is not possible or if it would be too complicated, then please also include a seperate quote for the creation of each subsequent music video. EG: Please quote for the initial development of the framework and video system, then include a quote for the reworking of each subsequent video. We're hoping to get the initial development done for within the budget of $1500 We currently plan to film 12 pieces of music so there would be 12 videos to create to start with. |
