We have an online customized customer relationship management software program that was created for our business model. So our employees, business partners and customers can login and track the status of their account. I currently have another company updating the software when features are not working or upgrading our software when needed which has been a bunch here lately because of our growth and improved features and functions needed for opening new locations. Although I think their fees are going up and inflation doesn't match. Also my main concern is sometimes I won't hear from them for a week and that is too long in my business. I have to find another source or two for coding for our online tracking software solutions. We are at the beginning phrases of our growth but have many markets opening to us so this will be a long term relationship with us.
