I want to create a site like pre owned wedding dresses dot com. The new site will be 2.0 with tabs for the main menu and drop downs. must have all the function of the before mentioned site. I need you to provide a very basic design that I can tweak later. This site has 2 categories. Dresses and Accessories so I do not need a classified site that will grow just service these items. The URL's must be semantic and follow the same style of the before mentioned site. This will have at least 3 payment processing options Moneybookers,PayPal, and 2CO.
