The script will give you a green check mark if its done, and a red x if its not filled out.

However, I need this script to be on my page called submitanevent.php now, my coding on my site, is DIFFERENT, all my pages are in a /pages/ folder and an includes folder is calling the page. So you must know how to work with these types of sites.

This script needs to be edited so the form will go how I want it, there is a calendar that needs to be placed into it they need to be able to select more dates than one if wanted.

I got TONES of work for this page that needs to be done quickly.

EXPERIENCED PHP CODERS ONLY!!!!
